Internet poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised championships and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its television scores. Over the years numerous variants on the first poker game have been created, including a few games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely resembling vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers bet against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no bluffing or other types of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up just before the croupier declares "No more wagers." At that moment, both you and the bank and of course every one of the different players attain 5 cards each. After you have looked at your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call wager or surrender. The call bet’s amount is equal to your beginning ante, meaning that the stakes will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your bet goes immediately to the house. After the wager is the conclusion. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your wager is returned, with an amount equal to the ante. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The casino pays money even with your ante and set expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for two pairs
  • three to one for three of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
