Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in a wonderful game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the casino, not like most other poker games that players bet with other players. By betting against the dealer, new players don’t have to be concerned about other, more advanced gamblers winning their money.
An additional Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game play, novices can take their time and plan while not having to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also simpler to wager on for a very long time with just a little bit of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards face up and the dealer gets seven cards face down.
A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the dealer’s.
