Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with old ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the western in a great game for early level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the casino, not like the majority of other poker games that players compete against other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, starting players do not have to be concerned about any other, more advanced gamblers taking their cash.

A further Pai Gow benefit is the relatively slow game play, novices can take their time and plan while not needing to make hasty selections.

It’s also much simpler to play for a very long time with basically a small bit of cash after all, to lose, both of your hands needs to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the dealer gets seven cards faces hidden.

One five card hand and one two card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
